Job Summary

The Community Partnership Specialist develops and fosters new working relationships with community stakeholders/partners in targeted geographical communities, and oversees the partnership development process.

• Maintains working relationships with existing community stakeholders/partners, including providing high-level support to drive the overall satisfaction and engagement of key community partners
• Provides support to the Job Connect member-facing team as it relates to developing understanding of community dynamics within targeted geographies, helping the team to maintain a higher understanding of the members in the region
• Coordinates activities for Job Connect team to engage with current and potential members, to support recruitment within targeted geographical communities
• Provides research and analysis on the unique needs, challenges, strengths, and resources within a community to allow Job Connect to best serve members, and makes strategic recommendations to leadership accordingly
• Keeps leadership informed of community partnership statuses, and opportunities for relationship enhancement
• Understands, gathers, and utilizes data as it applies to targeted geographic regions that are being served within the Job Connect program
• Serves as a primary contact person for Job Connect in targeted geographical communities, as needed
• Performs any other job related instructions, as requested

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Affairs, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
• Minimum of three (3) years of Community Development experience is required
• Previous experience in working with Medicaid population is preferred

Employment in this position is conditional pending successful clearance of a driver's license record check. If the driver's license record results are unacceptable, the offer will be withdrawn or, if you have started employment in this position, your employment in this position will be terminated

Care Source requires annual proof of Influenza vaccination for designated positions during Influenza season (October 1 - March 31) as a condition of continued employment. Employees hired during Influenza season will have thirty (30) days from their hire date to complete the required vaccination and have record of immunization verified.

Mobile Worker: this is a mobile position, meaning that regular travel to different work locations is essential. Will be exposed to weather conditions typical of the location and may be required to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

$54,500.00 - $87,300.00 Care Source takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
