The Shelter Resident Transition (SRT) Service Associate (SA) is an operational role with temporary assignments during DROs. SRT Caseworkers partner with shelter residents to understand their resources and identify transition roadblocks, helping households create an individualized action plan to move from shelter to sustainable living.
This position supports the American Red Cross mission by shortening displacement and jump starting longer-term recovery.
