- 4+ years of overall experience in financial services or technology
- 3 years of hands‑on robotic process automation (RPA) development experience on Blue Prism and RPA programming scripting proficiency (Object‑oriented coding languages such as Python, C#, Java, along with application development lifecycle)
- Hands‑on expertise on Blue Prism Surface Automation and Backend Automation (code‑based / API)
- 3+ years of experience on data extraction and manipulation tools (Alteryx preferred or similar tools such as Informatica, Talend, Pentaho)
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate for event‑driven and triggered automation workflows
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including relational data modeling, table relationships, security roles, and performance considerations. Comfortable writing complex SQL queries and debugging stored procedures
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, including building or configuring custom API connectors to integrate internal and external systems
- Good understanding of relational database concepts, including data normalization, query optimization, and transactional consistency across enterprise applications
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted automation concepts, such as Copilot Studio and AI agents, is a plus; hands‑on experience is highly preferred
- Ability to understand the business process, design process flow diagrams, and excellent knowledge of automation development lifecycle
- Experience working within an agile, continuous integration environment
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Blue Prism Developer / Professional Developer / ROM Architect, Alteryx Designer Core, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as PL‑400 or PL‑200) preferred. Foundational AI or Copilot Studio credentials are a bonus
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable intelligent automation solutions in an agile environment, leveraging Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, and data‑driven automation tooling
- Design, develop, and enhance end‑to‑end automation solutions spanning RPA, low‑code applications, workflow automation, and API‑based integrations to simplify and modernize operational processes
- Build and maintain data and analytics automation workflows using Alteryx, translating complex business logic from source systems (Excel, SQL, file‑based inputs, APIs) into accurate and efficient automation solutions
- Design and develop Power Apps (model‑driven preferred) and Power Automate workflows, utilizing Dataverse for secure, scalable, and well‑modeled enterprise data storage
- Participate in the adoption and evolution of AI‑assisted automation capabilities, including Copilot Studio and AI agents, to improve efficiency, decision support, and user experience across SPS operations
- Provide technical leadership within an agile squad by influencing design standards, engineering best practices, reusability patterns, and automation governance
- Collaborate closely with business partners and IT teams to deploy, support, and maintain automation solutions in production, ensuring high resilience, availability, and operational stability
- Support existing automation assets within established controls, compliance, and audit requirements, contributing to a strong risk and operational posture
