BPM Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business process workflows using BPM tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate BPM solutions with existing systems and services.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance process performance.
• Ensure adherence to coding, quality, and security standards within the banking project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development or BPM-related projects.
• Hands‑on experience with BPM packages such as jBPM, IBM BPM, Camunda, or Appian.
• Experience with Business Rules Management solutions (e.g., Drools, DMN-based solutions).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with Java development.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
