Senior GenAI Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Optimize and refine AI models for performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in AI development best practices and methodologies.
• Implement and maintain AI infrastructure and tools to support development and deployment processes.

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on generative models.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Tensor Flow, and PyTorch.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative attitude.
• Experience in cloud-based AI services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Bachelors/Masters degree in a computer field.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research papers.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
