Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Developer/Architect to join our team. This role is based in NORWALK, Ohio, and focuses on the development of modern web applications primarily for our cloud-based/financial management suite. You will have the opportunity to work on both back-end and front-end development, as well as contribute directly to the evolution of our product suites.

Responsibilities
  • Developing modern web applications for our cloud-based/financial management suite.
  • Working on both back-end and front-end development.
  • Contributing directly to the evolution of our product suites.
  • Building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Utilizing a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Applying proficiency in design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Microservices) and best practices for scalable and maintainable code.
  • Working with architectural patterns like Microservices, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and event-driven architectures.
  • Utilizing proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and No

    SQL databases.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET is required.
  • Extensive experience with .NET Core is necessary.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with architecture framework.
  • Prior experience in a Senior Developer or Architect role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
