Driver Trainee / Class A CDL Driver

• Deliver beverage products to customer locations in highway, rural, and city driving conditions while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to store owners and customers, effectively resolve complaints or discrepancies, and accurately complete delivery and sales records.
• Operate computerized inventory and invoicing systems.
• Operate hand trucks and handle product deliveries.
• Collect and pick up empty containers.
• Supervise truck loading and unloading and secure loads.
• Obtain customer signatures for deliveries and pickups.
• Perform daily truck inspections and basic maintenance checks, including fluids, oil, and air.
• Clean and maintain the inside of the truck.
• Present a professional image while wearing the company-provided uniform.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Class A CDL preferred, but not required.
• Ability to qualify for company-sponsored CDL training program.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

This position involves working in a physically active environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noises, airborne particles, and vehicle fumes during deliveries.

• The company will pay for CDL school and training for qualified candidates.
