  • Mon‑Sat (5 days) with shifts from 7 am to 11 pm‑2 am depending on routes.
  • 40‑45 hrs per week; 8‑10 hr shifts depending on volume.

Role Overview

A combined Driver and Warehouse Associate role that alternates between driving company trucks and stocking and preparing trucks for other drivers.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment.
  • Complete daily field service activities: customer invoices, truck logs, maintenance records.
  • Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
  • Coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel in delivery areas and communicate needs to customer service team.
  • Participate in warehouse activities: truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, maintaining warehouse organization.
  • Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
  • Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate running inventory.
  • Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
Job-Specific Requirements
  • Must have a CDL‑Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
  • Valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  (required for military base facility access).
  • Perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced work environment; able to lift, bend, carry, push, and pull.
  • Capable of passing requirements for relevant licenses to operate equipment.
  • Strong adaptability for diverse responsibilities and assigned duties.
  • Preferred: direct store delivery (DSD) experience.
  • Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Must successfully pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required.
Driver Responsibilities
  • Follow schedules and instructions from Route Manager or Dispatch.
  • Record, report, and return defective items per company policy.
  • Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries and shipments.
  • Adhere to safety and quality checks.
  • Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks following standard procedures.
  • Use a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging driving times; use a scanner for deliveries.
  • Be flexible with daily changing routes and working times.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and temperatures.
