Shipping and Receiving Clerk First Shift

Description

Kings Command Foods has opportunities for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at our Versailles, OH facility. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will:

• Schedule incoming freight appointments.
• Check in inbound freight.
• Receives inbound freight.
• Helps maintain a variety of files and records as directed by the Shipping Department
• Support and assist the Shipping Manager and other department employees when needed.
• Data entry duties as required.
• Perform a variety of basic clerical tasks for the Shipping and Receiving Department.
• Makes labels for incoming freight and raw materials.
• Makes pallet tags.
• Works in the Lean Logistics program.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist or office experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment.
• Microsoft Office experience is a plus.

• Prior shipping and receiving experience in a USDA-inspected beef, pork, or poultry facility.
• Work history in the last 12 months.
