The Heavy‑duty Parts Specialist (Back Counter/Service) is a fast‑paced environment that provides accurate first‑class assistance to Technicians and Service Advisors in person and by telephone.

Must have strong verbal and writing skills with the ability to communicate fluently. Familiarity with the automotive/heavy‑duty industry to accurately answer questions and satisfy all needs and requirements.

• Order parts with local parts dealers and OEM dealerships.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Attend to all service technicians and service advisor's parts work orders.
• Provide clear and accurate estimated time of arrival and any additional information with regard to special‑order parts.
• Ensure special orders are promptly received and notify internal and external customers accordingly.
• Secure return parts, properly tag and sort parts, and promptly return to source.
• Team‑oriented with an energetic, positive attitude, and self‑motivated to consistently deliver high‑quality service.
• Maintain parts storage area in a clean and well‑organized fashion.

• High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary education or coursework desired.

• Parts‑provisioning experience in automotive repair environment.
• Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms).

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
