Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping/Invoice Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Warren, Ohio. We are seeking a Shipping/Invoice Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience. As the Shipping/Invoice Coordinator you will be the driving force behind efficient shipping and receiving operations, invoicing & ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and promptly.

• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update shipment statuses
• Prepare packages with precision, ensuring proper packaging materials are used for safe delivery
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and order picker equipment
• Submit invoice request
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during load & unload operations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Communicate with customers regarding shipments and invoices
• Maintain shipping and invoice records
• Input shipments to customer portal, if applicable

• Must have 3-5 years of proven warehouse experience with a focus on shipping & receiving operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
• Knowledge of order picking & packing procedures within a distribution or e-commerce setting
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping weights and dimensions
• Experience with MRPs (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus but not required
• International and domestic shipping experience via Fed Ex, DHL, and UPS-this is a must have
• Invoicing knowledge and experience required
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices in stock management
• MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office
• MUST have excellent organizational skills-required
• Ability to lift approximately 30-40 lb. boxes

This position is full-time, long term with a rate range based on experience and education. This position is 1st Shift 7:00 am-4:00 pm with paid overtime at 1 1/2 times after 40 hours per week. We also offer competitive benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), STD, and LTD.
