Driver Overview
- Pay
: 27% base pay, up to 30% scale; weekly earnings $1,500–$1,700 average. - Schedule
:
Home daily, start 05:00–07:00, return within 14‑hour DOT clock. - Route
:
Dedicated flatbed from Ghent, KY to Chicago area. - Backhauls
:
Available on delivery days.
- 6 months CDL A truck driving experience (required).
- Ability to operate flatbed equipment safely.
- Must manage daily schedule within 14‑hour DOT clock.
- Commitment to dedicated customer service standards.
- Preferred:
Flatbed experience.
- Preload pickups every other day.
- Deliver to Chicago area; maintain consistent schedule.
- Ensure safe and timely operation of flatbed vehicles.
- Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations.
