Warehouse Associate — Lockbourne, Ohio
Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Products:

Equipment:
Must learn to operate powered industrial equipment such as stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers and pallet jacks.

- Package, kit, assemble, and prepare orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring accurate scanning and documentation.
- Help train dock employees on new procedures and maintain secure facility at shift end.
- Investigate and resolve scanning and housekeeping issues.
- Perform picking and packing duties and check for product or container damage.
- Follow location policies and procedures for material handling.
- Execute material moves per associated transactions.
- Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
- Maintain housekeeping duties within the assigned area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred.
- Knowledge of powered industrial truck operation, maintenance and safety; certification required.
- Ability to operate manual and automated equipment such as packaging lines (intermediate level preferred).
- Basic math, reading and writing skills in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Data entry skills for the warehouse management system.
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Independent worker capable of multi‑tasking and excellent time management.
- Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
