Warehouse Associate — Lockbourne, Ohio

Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Equipment:
Must learn to operate powered industrial equipment such as stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers and pallet jacks.

• Package, kit, assemble, and prepare orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring accurate scanning and documentation.
• Help train dock employees on new procedures and maintain secure facility at shift end.
• Investigate and resolve scanning and housekeeping issues.
• Perform picking and packing duties and check for product or container damage.
• Follow location policies and procedures for material handling.
• Execute material moves per associated transactions.
• Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Maintain housekeeping duties within the assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred.
• Knowledge of powered industrial truck operation, maintenance and safety; certification required.
• Ability to operate manual and automated equipment such as packaging lines (intermediate level preferred).
• Basic math, reading and writing skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Data entry skills for the warehouse management system.
• Willingness to work overtime as assigned.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Independent worker capable of multi‑tasking and excellent time management.
• Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
