Warehouse Associate

At Endries, our Warehouse Associate’s primary goal is to ensure shipments are accurately counted and shipped to customers on time. The role supports process improvement and efficient service delivery.

• Pick, package and ship orders.
• Accurately count and record shipments using basic math and data entry.
• Lifting packages up to 50 lbs. when needed.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Receive forklift training if interested.

The starting wage is $16.00 per hour with a skill block program that can increase pay by up to $1.25 per hour. A productivity bonus is paid out every pay period. T‑shirts and steel‑toe reimbursement are provided.
