Warehouse Team Lead Manager

Position Description

Warehouse Team Lead – Etna, Ohio. Offer weekly pay and benefits.

• Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Additional hourly pay: $1.00 when working 2nd shift
• Schedule:
  
  Second Shift, Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience with an RF scanner (advanced required)
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Works with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills

• Bilingual (for Quebec locations only)

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations.
• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize/distribute daily work duties to team members.
• Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPI using appropriate leadership styles.
• Assist in orientation for employees and provide necessary technology and tools.
• Promote health and safety work methods within the warehouse.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
