DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and picking. The role focuses on guiding associates, ensuring safety, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment, under the supervision of Operations leadership.
The Team Lead will mentor staff, enforce SOPs for shipping/receiving/picking, and coordinate paperwork with drivers. Evening/weekend work may be required to meet customer demands and ISO standards.
