Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Overview

Our client, an established Northshore organization, is looking to add an Accountant to their team.

The position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, revenue reporting, and financial support activities. Our client offers a great work environment, growth potential and amazing benefits!

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices using contract terms, ERP data, and other billing sources.
• Validate contract data changes and ensure alignment with source documentation.
• Prepare and send inventory reports to shippers and customers.
• Maintain organized systems for financial and operational record retention.
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and document communication history.
• Gather and prepare data for audits and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist the Revenue Supervisor with revenue analysis, including preparing internal reports and explaining variances against budgets and projections.
• Support general accounting functions and participate in special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of accounting experience.
