Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant who can support day‑to‑day accounting operations while building a deeper understanding of the full financial picture. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow beyond transactional work and develop into a well‑rounded accounting professional with the potential to take on more advanced responsibilities over time.

• Prepare and post journal entries to keep the books accurate and up to date.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, catching issues before they become problems.
• Assist with month‑end close and help make sure everything ties out correctly.
• Support accounts payable and receivable when needed.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and keep financial data clean and organized.
• Work with other teams to make sure financial information reflects what’s happening in the business.
• Help improve processes and find better ways to get things done.
• Support audits and pull documentation when needed.
• May perform other duties as required by business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• CPA or working toward CPA is a plus but not required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to general ledger and reconciliations.
• Understanding journal entries, month‑end processes, and financial accuracy.
• Experience supporting or working alongside AP and AR functions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills – able to work across departments.
• ERP experience (Acumatica or similar) is a plus.

• Standard office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
