Entry Level Accounts Payable

• Enter and manage accounts payable data accurately and efficiently
• Assist with reconciling invoices and payment records
• Communicate with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical files

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Quick Books and Excel is helpful but not required
• Good time management and communication skills
• A positive attitude and reliability

This is a true entry‑level role with a starting pay range of $12–$14 per hour, depending on experience.

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one‑hour lunch break.
