An established and growing organization is seeking a Controller to join its accounting and finance leadership team. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will oversee financial reporting, close, treasury, internal controls, and accounting operations while helping improve processes and reporting.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
• Oversee GL activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and close.
• Manage cash activity, treasury, liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Analyze financial results, trends, budgets, and variances.
• Maintain and strengthen accounting controls and procedures.
• Coordinate audit, tax, and compliance support.
• Develop management reporting and KPIs.
• Improve manual processes and reporting efficiency.
• Oversee and develop accounting team members.
• Provide support for payroll, benefits, and related administrative functions.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong financial reporting and month-end close experience.
• Hands-on treasury/cash management experience.
• Strong GL and reconciliation background.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Multi-entity or multi-location experience preferred.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience preferred.
• Strong systems aptitude and process-improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.
