We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk.
Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy office appearance
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- File and manage mailed, faxed, and scanned documents
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or other front desk position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
