The Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Covington, LA. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing office equipment, organizing documents, and providing clerical support. The role also includes collaborating with team members to support hotel management activities, assisting with bookkeeping and financial records in Quick Books, and ensuring the office operates efficiently on a daily basis.
Qualifications- Proficiency in providing administrative assistance and clerical support
- Experience using and maintaining office equipment and tools efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, email platforms)
- Prior experience in an office or hospitality environment is preferred
