Bright Care Home Care is a home care agency located in Mandeville, LA serving all of St Tammany and Tangipaho Parish. We are seeking an experienced scheduler who can help monitor the daily schedule, help with office administrative work and rotate on call shifts as needed including after hours and weekends. Must have caregiving and scheduling experience. Wellsky experience a plus.

Job Summary

The Office manager assumes the responsibility of coordination of office functions in accordance with state, federal and local regulations.

The Office manager will be responsible for budgeting, calendar management, phone systems, office management, office tasks, human resources, communication, some recruiting/training and team management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Must have a POSITIVE "can do" attitude and can relate easily to client and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Must have an experience in Home Care.
  • Education:

    High School Graduate (College Preferred).
  • Experience:

    Two years general office management and human resource experience preferred.
  • Skills:

    Knowledge of office machines preferred, computer skills required, excellent interpersonal and organizational skill.
  • Transportation:
    Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
Essential Functions
  • Responsible to manage all office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, medical records, office machines and payroll.
  • Assists in the billing process and financial functions as needed.
  • Oversees Agency communications including pagers, telephones, mail and tracking of physician orders.
  • Promotes compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
  • Stays current with changes in home health regulations.
  • Promotes Agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to customers.
  • Performs other duties as required including recruiting and training as needed.
