Eligible Automotive Tire Technicians receive weekly bonuses up to $800. NTB is joining the Mavis Tire Family. We are hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Covington, LA area. Mavis operates one of the largest networks of tire sales and automotive repair centers in the United States.

Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our business. You will have a competitive base compensation plus additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable.

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services — rotations, balancing and flat repairs — to keep vehicles operating safely.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed, on top of the guaranteed hourly rate.
• Learn our processes through paid training and participate in performance-based incentive programs.

To be eligible for the Automotive Tire Technician position you must:
