OverviewTEKsystems is hiring Team Leads to oversee a regional team of Document Processors as part of a large-scale digitization initiative. This project involves converting physical records into secure digital formats to improve accessibility and efficiency across multiple office locations. This mission is critical, and we're looking for driven individuals who take pride in contributing to meaningful, purpose-driven work.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a small team of traveling Document Processors
- Coordinate daily assignments and ensure consistent scanning quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional office staff
- Monitor progress against project timelines and elevate issues as needed
- Assist with document preparation and scanning as required
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive content
- Frequent travel within assigned region is required
- Reliable transportation is essential
- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding:
- One-way: 50 miles or 1 hour
- Round-trip: 100 miles or 2 hours
- Reimbursement rate: $0.70 per mile
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a professional setting
- Experience with document scanning or large-scale digitization projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage timelines and team performance
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Windows Scheduler)
- Must be local to assigned region
- Smartphone required for team communication
- Strong tenure in previous roles (no more than 2 jobs in the past 2 years)
- Highly dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working with sensitive information
- Flexible with work hours and location
- Able to elevate issues and provide process improvement feedback
