This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandeville, LA, for the position of Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate construction cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project teams to determine project budgets. The role also involves identifying and evaluating potential vendors and subcontractors, maintaining cost databases, and contributing to pre-construction planning.

• Strong proficiency in construction cost estimation, project takeoffs, and budget preparation
• Ability to analyze project blueprints, plans, and specifications with attention to detail
• Experience with software tools for estimation, scheduling, and reporting in construction projects
• Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of regional construction codes and regulations is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in commercial construction projects, especially in the Gulf South region, is highly desirable
