Reporting to the VP of Global Accounts, the Client Support Associate – Global Accounts plays a critical role in supporting Veriforce’s global client base by delivering high-quality, day-to-day operational support. This role focuses on issue resolution, basic client management, report generation, and coordination of cross-functional support escalations for global customers.

The ideal candidate brings a strong customer‑first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams and time zones to ensure a consistent, positive client experience. This role is an excellent entry point into global account management, with opportunities to grow into expanded responsibilities supporting named global clients and advancing within Customer Success, Global Accounts, or Implementation.

Essential Duties
  • Develop a strong understanding of global client needs and demonstrate how Veriforce products and services support those requirements.
  • Provide timely and effective client support using Salesforce (or other CRM platforms) and Veriforce proprietary systems.
  • Serve as a reliable first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support interactions and activities.
  • Proactively identify root causes of issues and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Generate, format, and deliver basic client reports using the Veriforce platform and Excel.
  • Partner closely with Global Account Managers, Inside Sales, Contractor Support Configuration, and Technical teams to ensure seamless client support.
  • Assist with coordination and tracking of support‑related escalations impacting global clients.
Required
  • Previous experience in a customer support or client‑facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Nice to Have
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to supporting enterprise or global clients.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or compliance‑based systems.
  • Comfort working across different regions and time zones.
