We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready parking lot by sweeping, clearing debris, and ensuring carts are available and in good condition.
• Assist members with loading and unloading their vehicles, handling carts/flatbeds, and supporting a great member experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering questions, and offering alternative product options when needed.
• Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and correct or report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Process member purchases and payments using company procedures and cash registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate promptly with members regarding pickup times, delays, or product unavailability.
• Support membership and product promotion efforts as required.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues to identify priorities and recommend improvement opportunities.

* Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00*

* Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
