For more than 40 years, Northlake Christian has been shaping our youth into devoted followers of Christ—preparing them academically, spiritually, and socially to influence their world for God’s glory. This is an opportunity for a leader who can steward a compelling vision, cultivate a flourishing school culture, and equip faculty, students, and families to thrive.

The next Head of School will champion academic excellence, spiritual formation, and organizational health while strengthening a warm and united community. NCS is seeking a leader who brings strong communication skills, demonstrated team leadership, and a pastor’s heart—someone who can invest deeply in people, build trust, and shepherd a multi-campus Christian school into its next season of growth and impact.
