• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
• Active Louisiana (LA) School Psychologist license
• Experience working with K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Compassionate approach with a commitment to student-centered practices

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for students in need
• Develop and implement intervention strategies, behavioral plans, and crisis response as required
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide direct counseling and consultative services to students, parents, and faculty
• Support school-wide initiatives that promote positive mental health and academic outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with regulations and policies
