Key Qualifications- Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
- Active Louisiana (LA) School Psychologist license
- Experience working with K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to student-centered practices
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for students in need
- Develop and implement intervention strategies, behavioral plans, and crisis response as required
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide direct counseling and consultative services to students, parents, and faculty
- Support school-wide initiatives that promote positive mental health and academic outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with regulations and policies
