• Hourly Range: $22.85/hour - Commensurate (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
• Profit-Sharing Bonus: Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)

• You’ll perform drafting assignments related to civil structures, electric transmission, distribution, and substation applications.
• You’ll interpret redline revisions, ensure accuracy, and prepare detailed drawings for construction and relocation projects.

• Education: Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in Drafting or a related field (or 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• Experience: No experience required!
• Skills: AutoCAD 2D
• Communication: Enjoy working collaboratively
