Salary range: $17.00 to $19.81 per hour based on skills and experience plus incentives.

• Travel to any branch within the assigned region to provide member service.
• Greet and assist every member with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve member and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices and products.
• Conduct consultative conversations with members to cross‑sell opportunities such as checking accounts, personal and auto loans, credit cards, refinances, and debt consolidation loans; refer mortgage and commercial loans to appropriate departments.
• Communicate information on credit union products and services and meet or exceed referral and sales goals set by the branch.
• Interpret credit reports to offer the best solutions to members.
• Efficiently process loan documents.
• Assist with branch opening and closing procedures, preparing currency and coin for shipment, verifying cash drawers/currency shipments/vault totals.
• Support branch operations by performing administrative tasks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; follow security procedures; report suspicious activity.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

• Up to 1 year of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• High school education or GED.
• Professional courtesy and tact; personal contact with customers and others.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local laws, statutes, regulations, codes, and standards related to the area of responsibility.
• Proficiency with database software and the MS Office suite.

• Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, view customer information, and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to perform work indoors in a climate‑controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
