** JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* Work Shift:

** Monday - Friday: 6:00a - 2:30p & 8:00a - 4:30p | Saturday & Sunday: 6:00a - 12:00p | Rotating Weekends & Holidays
** Summary of the Job:
** Performs various EKG's, Holters, Stress Testing as well as paperwork and filing in the Cardiology Department according to specific policy and protocol. Performs other delegated tasks in accordance with departmental policies.
Must be able to work weekends/holidays and be flexible to shift changes.

* Minimum Qualifications:

** High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work under stressful situations.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** One year of experience as an EKG or Cardiology Technician. Previous medical experience preferred.

** Physical Demands:
** Must possess good physical health.  Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time.  Lifting at least 50 pounds is required.  Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.  Physical Effort required:
Constant (67%-100%) – pushing/pulling, reaching, handling/feeling, talking, hearing seeing  Frequently (34%-66%)- NONE  Occasionally (1%-33%)- lifting, carrying, climbing (stairs, ladders, etc.), balancing, stooping and crouching
