• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and escalated any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.).

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Avenues Recovery Center at Covington is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services. Merging highly individualized, targeted treatment plans with compassionate and respectful care, here you’ll discover a truly unique treatment experience. Avenues Covington is staffed by a round‑the‑clock team of seasoned doctors, nurses, psychiatric specialists, addiction counselors and behavioral health technicians, as well as CNAs to provide constant support with Assisted Daily Living Services.

Our team utilizes an array of evidence‑based therapy modalities — including CBT, DBT, EMDR, MAT and Motivational Interviewing — to achieve the best possible outcomes for every client.
