Day-to-dayResponsibilities
The data analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization by analyzing business performance, contractor behavior, and data integration.
This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data from multiple systems, including CRM platforms, Billing Systems (Zuora), financial Systems (Net Suite), and product analytics tools to generate insights that drive growth, operational efficiency, and improved contractor outcomes. The data analyst will monitor and analyze core metrics to help leadership understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership using tools such as Power BI and Alteryx
- Help automate the current manual reporting
- Deepen analysis of contractor data to identify key drivers for churn or expansion
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes with data insights
- Analyze key business metrics to provide deeper insights into the business
- Work with teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- 5+ years of data analytics experience with demonstrated expertise in SQL, Power Query or Alteryx, Power
BI and Excel skills, preferably in high-growth or PE-backed companies - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field
- Comfort working with data from multiple systems and building integrated reporting solutions
- Exceptional analytical abilities with proven problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial metrics to operational drivers
- Experience with financial systems (Net Suite or similar ERP platforms)
- SaaS or subscription-based business model experience
- International/multi-entity company experience
- M&A or integration experience
