Description
We are excited to announce an opening for an Internal Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides vital operational support across various departments you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
Job Duties:
- Sort, scan, and distribute incoming correspondences.
- Route all inbound communications through que within the Gilsbar system.
- Inventory and manage supplies.
- Provides support to internal departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adhere to a work schedule and work independently.
- Proficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret documents and produce correspondences.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
