* 3-5 years of family law experience*, particularly someone who has built their own practice or maintains an existing book of business but is ready to step away from the administrative and operational burdens of running a firm—and focus solely on practicing law. What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of active family law practice
* Strong litigation and client-management skills
* Existing book of business preferred
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to focus on legal work rather than firm management
* Professional, ethical, and client-centered approach
