EssentialJob Duties
- Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and perform tasks required to complete duties assigned
- Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areas
- Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems
- Other duties as assigned
