We are busy. Projects are stacked. We need skilled welders who can walk in and go to work.

Unity Welding and Fabrication specializes in structural steel, stainless pipe, ornamental metal, and full-service steel erection across residential, commercial, industrial, and energy projects. Our shop and field teams handle everything from precision fabrication to complex installs.

We are currently looking for experienced:

• Stainless pipe welders
• Structural welders
• Combo welders (pipe + structural)
• Fabricators who can read prints and build without supervision

If you need constant instruction, this is not the job for you.

If you can read a print, set up your machine, and produce clean welds — we want you.

• MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural steel and stainless pipe
• Reading and working from blueprints and drawings
• Fabricating and assembling components to spec
• Working in the shop and occasionally in the field
• Maintaining a safe, organized work area

• Real welding experience (pipe, structural, or both)
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Strong understanding of weld symbols, fit-up, and fabrication
• Pride in your work and ability to work without being babysat
• Reliability and awareness of jobsite/shop safety

Certifications are great. Skill is better.

On-site in Covington, LA.
