Enviro-Tech Systems is seeking a highly skilled Pipe Welder to join our Field Operations team in a shop-based role. This position is responsible for performing high-quality pipe welding on carbon steel and stainless steel materials, ensuring all welds meet strict quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 6G pipe welding, TIG welding, MIG root passes, and Flux Core filler and cap techniques. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to pass in-house welding tests prior to employment.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:Perform pipe welding in the 6G position on carbon steel and stainless steel.
Execute TIG welding processes and MIG root passes with Flux Core filler and cap.
Interpret blueprints, weld maps, and fabrication drawings accurately.
Prepare materials and ensure proper fit-up prior to welding.
Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years of pipe welding experience in a shop or industrial environment.
- Must pass in-house welding tests, including:
- 6G Position Welding Test
- TIG Welding Test
- MIG Root with Flux Core Filler and Cap
Experience welding both carbon steel and stainless steel.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication drawings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
$29.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
