Join a growing team where quality craftsmanship and teamwork are the standard. If you’re an experienced structural steel Fitter or Welder who owns results, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do Interpret and work from blueprints to fabricate, fit, and weld structural components.
Cut materials, assemble parts, and tack weld to tight tolerances.
Continuously inspect work to ensure quality and minimize distortion or defects.
Must-haves
Proven structural steel experience.
Ability to read blueprints and use standard fabrication/welding tools.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Compensation Fitters: $22–$30/hr (DOE)
Welders: $26–$32/hr (DOE)
