Clarvida seeks an ACT Nurse (RN) to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness, providing intensive community-based nursing within the ACT framework.
You will work in clients' homes and community settings, support medication management, coordinate with medical and psychiatric staff, and participate in rotating on-call shifts with earned PTO; access to a company vehicle as needed.
