We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Admissions Coordinator at St. Anthony's Gardens Assisted Living
. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

• Organize referrals and coordinate with team members to process in an efficient, timely manner
• Listen and communicate with hospital staff, physicians, families, and residents to understand needs
• Data Entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database

• Prior health care experience is greatly preferred.
• 1+ year of administrative/office experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
