Landscaper

(Mandeville, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Landscape Laborer to assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects. This position supports crews in maintaining outdoor spaces by performing a variety of physical tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Assist with planting, mulching, sod installation, and general landscape installation
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Remove debris and maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic power equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of lawn care and landscape maintenance practices preferred
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, humidity, and other environmental conditions
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
