Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also maintain and organize Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
