What You'll Do
- Deliver member service and support.
- Maintain the checkout and merchandise areas.
- Resolve member issues and concerns.
- Promote Sam's Club products and services.
- Guide members on self‑service technology.
- Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
- Maintain entrance and exit areas and secure the premises.
- Verify membership cards and identify member needs.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
- Arrange and organize merchandise to create a safe shopping environment.
- Maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation; execute emergency response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety and ethical practices.
- Assist in training associates on processes and technology; deliver new program rollout training.
- Provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Identify shrink and damages and handle returns properly.
- Collaborate with managers, co‑workers and business partners; communicate progress and recommend improvements.
- Adopt a customer‑first mindset and make data‑driven decisions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
