Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders.

It’s hard work, but our bakery team finds it rewarding, especially since they’re a part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate with teammates, and be flexible to meet business needs in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, storing, maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain, and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to support production decisions and improve member experience, including handheld technology for ordering, training, and quality decisions.
• Be an Owner: Maintain operational excellence by keeping the work area clean, enforcing quality and date‑control standards, securing fragile merchandise, eliminating waste, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Represent the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products, executing core tasks at a high level, and demonstrating energy and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and partners; prioritize tasks; communicate progress; and recommend improvement opportunities.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
