• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, back‑room operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepares and cuts meat products according to standards while maintaining quality.

• Be an Owner: Maintains operational excellence, work area, quality and date‑control standards, secures merchandise, reduces waste, assists members, and ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
