What You’ll Do

• Quote, bind, and service personal lines policies (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Talk with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right coverage
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and policy changes
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures
• Meet daily activity expectations and monthly production goals
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Work closely with the team to support agency growth

What We’re Looking For

• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty license (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-minded with a service-first approach
• Comfortable in a goal-driven, structured environment
• Reliable, professional, and accountable
• Coachable and open to feedback and growth
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
