• Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle needs, preferences, budget, and project goals.
• Create customized kitchen designs using Home Depots design software, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.

• Provide accurate project estimates, timelines, and product specifications.
• Drive sales by presenting value-based solutions and upselling complementary products and services.
• Coordinate with installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of kitchen trends, products, promotions, and Home Depot offerings.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process to ensure satisfaction.
